The problem
Meter readings, billing calculations, and receipt delivery were handled manually, making the process slow and historical records difficult to organize.
The solution
I developed a working system that stores meter records, calculates billing information, generates reports, and sends completed receipts through Telegram. The project was designed around the real workflow of my family's business rather than as a tutorial exercise.
